Welcome to SignMail. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SignMail"s services and any related software, updates, and documentation (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

- "Service" refers to the email signature solution provided by SignMail, including all software, tools, features, and content.

3. Use of Service
a. The Service is designed to enable users to create, manage, and deploy email signatures.
b. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
c. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account on the Service.
4. Account Registration and Security
a. To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account.
b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
c. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and other login credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
5. User Content and Conduct
a. You retain all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.

b. The SignMail name, logo, and the product names associated with the Service are trademarks of SignMail, and no right or license is granted to use them.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. The Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Modifications to the Service and Prices

11. Termination

12. Warranty and Disclaimer

b. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SignMail, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SignMail is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days ' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
